The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Villarembert, this 46 m² flat with mountain views and ski station within walking distance which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living/dining area with a south-facing balcony overlooking the 46 m² slopes, with sofa bed and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) opening onto a balcony facing south/east, with a view over the valley.

- A second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom with a bath and two washbasins, a towel warmer and a hairdryer
- Separate WC
Outside:
- Two balconies to make the most of the fine weather.
One 3.5×1.2 m facing south/east and the other 5.5×1.2 m facing south/west.
The flat is ideally located in Villarembert in the Corbiers ski area, with a total of 310 km of ski slopes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the Pégase Phenix building.
Just 150 m from a 6-seater chairlift taking you to the top of the resort and 250 m from the centre where the ESF and Tourist Office are located. The ski slopes are directly accessible from the bottom of the residence.
The resort is 100% pedestrianised. Access to the shops is either from the outside or from the inside via the underground shopping arcade.
There is a shopping arcade accessible from the lobby of the building, leading to the top of the station. You will have access to several shops. At the bottom of the building you'll find a pizzeria, cheese shop, delicatessen, butcher, Sherpa, 2 ski hire shops and a petrol station.
Activities :
- There are plenty of activities available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-guided sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible by various ski lifts, departing from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning, outdoor swimming pool in the resort heated in winter and also open in summer...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. To find a space easily, you need to arrive at the resort before 1pm.
There is a drop-off point in front of the residence for unloading and loading luggage.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: there is a free bus service throughout the resort in winter and a free tourist train service in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne station, 12 km away (25 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport 175 km away (2h05 by car).
Other information:
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the Corbier resort.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. Please respect the flat and the neighbourhood.
- Ski locker in the basement.
- No smoking.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
