The property named "Tenuta San Marco", is definitely in a very quiet place ideal for relaxation and walks along the new path "Il Cammino della Rada ', which runs right under the Roman Villa of the Grotte to the lovely Castello del Volterraio.

The apartment is at about 5 kilometres from Portoferraio, near the San Giovanni thermal baths. This one-bedroom apartment for 2/4 persons is at the ground floor of the historic house and it is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchenette (with oven, fridge with small freezer), TV and a sofa bed for two persons; a large room with a double bed and bathroom with shower.

It is decorated in style, with some antique furniture, basic and comfortable.

Outside, a green area partly equipped with bench, table and chairs, with a beautiful view of Portoferraio’s bay.

The parking place is nearby. Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m.
