Beautiful apartment of 42 m2 with terrace, facing East / West, located on the 1st floor (ANS ASCENSEUR) of a quiet residence in WIMEREUX with private parking.
Located close to the shops (200 m from a supermarket, 5 minutes by car from Wimereux Golf, the city centre and the dike) this apartment recently refurbished will charm you with its brightness and stunning sea views.
Fitted in an optimal way and with taste, it consists of an entrance with sleeping area (2 bunk beds of 90x190), a shower room, separate toilets, a living room/lounge open to an equipped kitchen (ceramic glass plates, hood, oven, refrigerator, small freezer, combined microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...).
The living room has a sofa bed (140x190) for 2 beds.
A beautiful terrace facing the sea accessible from the living room and the living room completes all.
