This 18 square metre studio is located on the 4th floor with lift, and comprises: a sleeping area with a sofa bed; a functional shower room; a fully equipped kitchen; a large south-facing open-air terrace (10 m²) where you can soak up the sun on the two deckchairs available or enjoy your meals in front of a very pleasant view with glimpses of the sea. You'll particularly appreciate the light and the view. For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hairdryer, Air conditioning, Microwave, Coffee machine, cot, high chair, pushchair, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The studio is located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, which is renowned for its pine forest, nightlife and jazz and contemporary music festival.

## Emplacement
Antibes is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes on the Côte d'Azur. It's a city built by the Greeks that has retained its authenticity; in the old town, you can discover medieval ramparts, Provencal markets and traditional flower-filled architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the Tire Poil trail at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. This charming town combines culture with the hustle and bustle of the South, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
