close to the beach and very friendly landloard and concierge. Pet(s) allowed :-)
less space for clothes; the bed is placed in a corner in a very small room, so the second person can only enter the bed while crawling over. No window to open in the sleeping room. It would help, if the actual window in the sleeping room can be open because for the second person who has to sleep directly in the corner, it is sticky

Nothing good to say about the place
I recently stayed at this apartment and it was by far the worst rental experience I've ever had.
To start, the apartment was filthy when we arrived—dirt, hair, and overall unhygienic conditions, despite a hefty cleaning fee. It's clear that proper cleaning is not a priority for the owner. The location is incredibly inconvenient, making it hard to enjoy any of the nearby attractions without constant hassle.
The bed was probably the worst I've ever slept in—uncomfortable and old. For the price I paid, I expected at least a decent night's sleep, but it felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Speaking of price, this place is grossly overpriced, even for the south of France. It offers none of the comfort or quality you'd expect for the amount they charge.
What’s worse is that the owner demands an extra €800 deposit upfront, which is not fully returned. I only got part of it back with no valid reason, making this whole experience feel like a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble!
